Mr. Colin Wrigley

Born in Cheshire, England, Mr. Colin Wrigley attended two grammar schools before going up to Van Mildert College of the University of Durham, England to read mathematics, psychology and computing. In 1969, he began his educational career as a teacher in an urban school in England and has held many other positions in education since, including educational consultant and college lecturer, head of mathematics department, and member of the governing body of the City of Birmingham, England’s Structured Mathematics Scheme. Around this time he completed a textbook for O Level, Additional Pure Mathematics, which was published in 1980.
Mr. Wrigley arrived in Pakistan in 1982 to be the Head of Mathematics at Karachi Grammar School. Less than two years later, at the relatively early age of 36, he became the Principal. Subsequently, he was asked to sign on as Principal for another three nonconsecutive periods of office during which the school expanded onto two new sites which almost tripled the number of students, without any loss of quality. Between his terms of office at KGS, Mr. Wrigley worked as Principal of Beaconhouse Quetta Chapter in 1991-92 and was the founding principal of two other schools in Karachi.
He returned to the UK for a master’s degree in management and policy in education from the University of Birmingham. The title of his thesis was “Perceptions of the teacher’s role in Pakistan and implications for teacher education”.
Over the years, Mr. Wrigley has run numerous workshops and training sessions for his staff on all aspects of education and he has been very supportive of the concept of continuous professional development. Currently he advises the Trust for Advancement of Knowledge and Education (TAKE), which offers high quality professional development courses for teachers in Pakistan.
Mr. Wrigley is the author of the textbook series International Secondary Maths, published by Oxford University Press and endorsed by Cambridge International Examinations for use in preparation for their O-level.
He has been a member of the British Educational Leadership and Management and Administration Society since 1990 and he was elected Fellow of the College of Teachers, England, in 1991.
In 2016, Mr. Wrigley was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for services to education in Pakistan.
He is responsible for all educational matters. The Principals of Ermine Schools report directly to him.

Lt. Col. The Hon. O. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr III was born in Karachi, Pakistan and attended Karachi Grammar School. After being educated privately in England and at Chase Academy, he finished his schooling at the age of 15. Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr enrolled in university shortly after, earning a degree in financial planning from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. He later studied at both the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge as well as five out of eight Ivy League universities: Columbia University, Cornell University, the University of Pennsylvania, Yale University and Harvard University.
Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr studied education at Curtin University, Australia; paedeatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, USA; law with the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions of the Government of India; and security with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He is certified in health sciences (University of Louisville, USA and Yale), emergency preparedness (Yale and Columbia), crisis leadership (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA) and child care (Texas A&M University, USA). He is an alumnus of over thirty institutions in eight countries and is currently pursuing a doctorate by research.
Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr founded Delta Networks in 2004 and served as its Director until 2006. He was made Chief Operating Officer of Fortress Hill Holdings in 2012 and was responsible for the daily operations of the international investment house. He left as Chief Executive Officer in 2014.
Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr is a global member of the Internet Society (ISOC) and a member of the Royal Commonwealth Society, the Waseda Social Education Center (早稲田社会教育センター) in Tokyo, Japan and the Council for Global Education. He is an associate member of the Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE) and an affiliate of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He was elected Associate Fellow of the International Association of Amateur Heralds in 2016.
Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Pimley Foundation, England.
In 2011, he was honoured by being made a titular Wazir (minister) in Afghanistan and Aide-de-Camp to the staff of His Excellency Nathan Deal, 82nd Governor of the State of Georgia, USA in 2012.
Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr returned from Nagoya, Japan to continue his work at Ermine. He visited 32 countries before the age of 21, was educated in five continents, has studied eight languages and is a citizen of three nations. Col. Wrigley-Pimley-McKerr uses his extensive international experience daily in his role as Nonacademic Director. He is responsible for all personnel below Principal-level and all nonacademic matters.
Mr. Muhammad Jaseem Siddiqui
Mr. Siddiqui was born in Karachi, Pakistan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karachi and a diploma in Information Technology from the Sadequain Institute of Management Sciences.
With his seventeen years of wide corporate experience in procurement, personnel, maintenance and administration, Mr. Siddiqui aids the Nonacademic Director in numerous ways.
Mr. Muhammad Kashif Mandhai
Accounts Officer & Private Secretary
Mr. Mandhai was born in Karachi, Pakistan and completed matriculation at Little Folk’s Secondary School, Muslimabad, Karachi at the age of 15. He went on to earn a bachelor of commerce degree at the University of Karachi and numerous information technology certifications.
Mr. Mandhai started his professional career in 2005 as a market research officer at Funds Marketing International (sole agent of Macquarie Bank, Australia). He later became an IT Officer at Deira Trading Company, UAE. Mr. Mandhai worked at Geo TV for three years and then worked in product development at AAJ TV. Before coming to Ermine, he worked in customer services at Ufone and won many performance awards.
As Accounts Officer and Private Secretary, Mr. Mandhai manages the accounts and supports the Nonacademic Director with nearly all aspects of his role.
